What is your new patient procedure? 新患者程序是什么？

If you are a first time visitor, please click Online Booking and select Initial consultation. You will have to fill a new client intake form. A small online deposit is required.

What types of payments do you accept? 付款方式?

A small amount of online deposit is required for all appointments. You can choose to pay the whole amount online or the rest of the payment in person. Card or cash are welcome. You will be able to claim some back from your private health insurance (if you have extra cover for Physiotherapy) and Medicare if you have an Enhanced Primary Care (EPC) plan.

Only if you want to use your EPC plan. Otherwise you can just book in to see me.

What do you treat?

I based in Eastern Melbourne. My special interest is pelvic health. My services include women's and men's health. I offer Pre and Postnatal assessment and management (including assessment of abdominal separation, pelvic organ prolapse and pelvic floor muscle). I manage condition including bladder and bowel incontinence, voiding dysfunction and pelvic pain. I also manage musculoskeletal conditions such as pelvic girdle pain, lower back pain and De Quervain's tenosynovitis.
