Your first visit is a deep dive into your health. Your physiotherapist will ask detailed questions regarding your bladder, bowel, and pelvic floor function. This conversation allows us to understand your symptoms fully and formulate a personalized assessment plan.

Follow-Up & Progress

• Duration: Follow-up appointments are usually 30 minutes. Extended consults are 60 minutes.

• Result: While every body is different, most pelvic health conditions show significant improvements and are able to achieve goals after pelvic health physiotherapy​
